Here at Capital Bank Home Loans we have a new dynamic loan application that we use. Being dynamic means that it can potentially verify your assets and income during the application process, allowing you to avoid having to upload any documents. And of course we all love to avoid paperwork!
It is also dynamic because as you complete the application, it is building a “task” list of documents that you may need. And if there are assets or income that you can’t verify in the application, it will present you with these tasks after the application is completed. Then you can securely upload the documents within the application.
There’s also a feature called the “stream” where you can leave comments for me and vice versa. We will have one central repository for important communication and comments to one another. We can even invite a realtor into the stream so they can communicate with the important parties involved in the transaction. This kind of centralized communication avoids the back-and-forth and duplicate requests that can be common in a mortgage transaction.
